When first experiencing Pilates, a minimum of 3 private classes are recommended. Initially you will be integrating the breathing, posturing and alignment sequences at a comfortable pace. Then, as your core strength increases, the workout becomes more aerobic. Work-outs are geared towards each individual's needs and become more challenging as one’s strength and flexibility increases.
You will receive personalized instruction to develop an exercise program specific to your goals.
In addition to Studio Reformers and Cadillac, I have 30 years experience teaching using a TRX Rip Trainer, Bosu Balance Trainer, Physio Balls, Yoga Swing, Kettlebells, Barre Exercise and Matwork according to each individuals' interests. Using a combination of complementary exercises, we work together to enhance your core fitness and well being.
